Splash247 reports that the China Classification Society (CCS) has completed the inspection and certification of the world's largest bulk carrier-to-container ship conversion. The vessel, Kuang Chi Delta, underwent a six-month conversion at Zhoushan Xinya Shipbuilding & Repair.
