Change of provider on 31 October 2026
From 31 October 2026, VesselAPI will be provided by Solward Kft. (Solward Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, 2000 Szentendre, Gesztenye utca 14., Hungary, registered with the Budapest Környéki Törvényszék Cégbírósága under 13-09-248364). Solward Kft. takes over these terms and becomes the data controller for account data.
If you register or continue to use VesselAPI after 31 October, you accept the transfer. These Terms and Conditions stay in force with Solward Kft. as the provider, and any other change to them will be announced at least 30 days before it applies. Questions go to support@vesselapi.com.
Our Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. The guarantee covers subscriptions; one-time satellite credit packs are non-refundable, as stated at the point of purchase.
